BONUS — Series Idea

7 Things I Wish I Knew Sooner Sound
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
This Sound is pretty self-explanatory and really only works one way. As in the Example Video linked above, you’ll wave at the headline of text on the screen and then point at the dings to the seven things you’ll reveal. This kind of TikTok or Reel encourages users to pause the video, rewatch multiple times, and to save/send the video. All of that boosts your engagement.
A couple tips for these seven things… Keep your info easy to understand, helpful to your niche audience, and make them something you repeat often (because you can take all these ideas and break them down into more content later)!
Lastly, you can also turn a video like this into a series. Brainstorm some categories of advice or work you do in your business and then think of 7 things to say for each one. You might have a “Mindset Edition” if you’re a fitness coach. Or an “Oral Hygiene Edition” if you’re a dentist.
I don’t Remember Sound — 🔥
Trending again this week! Don’t skip this one!
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:

If your work means taking things apart or making a big mess, use this audio to pretend you don’t know how it all goes together or gets cleaned up. Add text like, “Me trying to remember where all this goes.”
Prompt Option 3
Add text that says, “POV: Me trying to remember when I (or we) did ______.” This could be good, as in you’ve ditched a bad habit. Or could be jokingly bad, as in you’re embracing a habit and don’t care.
