Trending Sounds for TikTok and Instagram
We’ve searched for sounds that are about to start trending for you to use. This gives your videos a bump when everyone else starts using them too! Paired with our prompts, you’ll easily make all the video content you need this week.
NOTE: We’ve been asked by a few of you if the trending sounds go stale after a while. The truth is, you could use these for the next month and get benefit from them; even use them multiple times! But to help clarify things, we’re adding a little Legend for the sounds.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Use this sound to show off your products, accomplishments, or anything you’re proud of. Lip sync the sound and clap your hands along with it, wanting the viewers to clap along and be proud too!
Prompt Option 2
Use this sound to make fun of something minor you do in your business that you think deserves praise. Make it silly and fun.
Prompt Option 3
Use this sound to applaud something a client does that makes you happy. Play the role of hype-person to your client in this video as though others aren’t applauding as much as you think your client deserves.
Make Your Own Kind of Music sound
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
This is a Cap Cut Prompt. CapCut is a video editing and filter app that works with both TikTok and Instagram to help you create trending videos. Click the link to the TikTok Sound above, then tap “Open in TikTok” and finally tap “CapCut - Try this example” to make your video.
Note: There is no Instagram sound to use but you can export from CapCut into Instagram and IG will automatically group your Reel with the others using that trending audio.
Prompt 1
Use the CapCut app (link in the example TikTok!) to create this trend. Put on screen text over the first clip of a common problem/confusion your clients have and then one screen text similar to, "me ready to solve all their problems!" over the second clip.
Prompt 2
Use on screen text similar to, "My friends/partner listening to me talk" and then on screen text similar to, "Me going on and on about _____ (something industry related or something you are "obsessed with")"
Smart Ways to Live Sound
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
This is another Cap Cut Prompt but this time, there’s an Instagram sound trending if you’d rather not use CapCut. See link above.
Prompt
Use the CapCut app (link in the example TikTok!) to create this trend. Start with a video of you working or a video of your product with on screen text similar to, "me thinking no one wants to hear about trending sounds." and then use on screen text on the Lightening McQueen fan video similar to , "all our subscribers when we send out this weeks sounds".
Uh Oh Sound
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Lip sync this sound and use on screen text to show the point of view of your ideal clients problem. Explain that you solve that problem in the caption!
Prompt Option 2
Lip sync this sound with on screen text of something problematic you have seen other people in your industry say/do.
Prompt Option 3
A little more fun/light hearted- Lip sync this sound with on screen text about a problem (maybe something funny) you have/had recently. For example, "When I'm in the zone and then realize I am on my fourth cup of coffee and still haven't eaten"
dread Sound
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Lip sync this sound in a new location (try outside or in the car) with some On Screen Text explaining a task in your business that you "dread.” Doesn’t have to be a sales pitch, either!
Prompt Option 2
Lip sync this sound with some On Screen Text from your clients point of view of something they dread that you can help with and include a CTA in your caption!
Prompt Option 3
If you’ve got a team, take a silly approach by calling out someone on your team for an annoying behavior or thing they do in the office. Keep it light-hearted and fun, obviously. If you’re a solopreneur, “play both roles” as in you’re calling out yourself for an annoying behavior.

Original Sound Ideas for TikTok and Instagram
It can be fun and very helpful to your account growth when you use Trending Sounds like we’ve listed above. BUT what keeps people around is the value you add by creating Original Sounds! This just means that you’re using spoken audio from your own video. Use our prompts below to come up with ideas for bringing your own voice to your TikTok or Instagram account!
1. THE SUCCESS YOU OFFER SOUND
Your people don't want to spend the mental calories to process all the features and benefits of your offer. Instead, they want to quickly and clearly know how your offer makes their life better.
Prompt
Talking straight to camera, use this script:
Here's how _______ (your offer name) can make your life ______ (positive adjective)! Instead of you having to deal with ________ (negative consequences of not buying your offer), _________ (offer name) will help you __________ (big vision of success they'll get working with you). So DM me right now! (or other CTA you use)
THEN, you can list a couple of the features by saying, "How does it do that? (Explain features)...
2. YOUR PLAN SOUND
Your people will buy from you faster when you give them an easy plan to follow. Sure, there might be numerous steps to actually doing business with you but let's break it down to a simple three step process.
Prompt
Talking straight to camera, use this script:
Here's how easy we make it to _____ (success you help them achieve)! First, you ________ (what they do to start; schedule a call, fill out a form, etc). Second, we will ________ (thing you do to make the offer happen; this is a BIG step but keep it really simple). And then third, you get to enjoy ______ (the win your offer gives them, repeated). Yeah, we keep it that simple! So check off step one right now we'll get started.
3. YOUR BRAND AS GUIDE SOUND
You'll land more clients when you present your brand as the Guide who helps them get what they want. And every good guide offers empathy and authority.
Prompt
Talking straight to camera, use this script:
Listen, we know what it's like to struggle with ______ (problem you solve for them). We've been right where you are. And that's why we created ________ (your offer name or quick description); to help you easily ________ (success you help them achieve)!
(Sometimes leave it right there for a super short video. Then, other times, add on a personal story explaining how you faced the same problem:)
See, I'm just like you. I've struggled with...
(Wrap up with how you succeeded and offer to share what you learned with them.)
4. YOUR AIRDROP ADVICE SOUND
Show up with value but do it QUICK in this short video meant to increase your percentage of watch time.
Prompt
Talk straight to the camera and kick off with the hook: "If I could airdrop you just one piece of advice it would be..." Then point to the caption and add text on screen: My tip in the caption.
Extra Tip: Use this again and again by alternating between videos where the tip is in the caption and videos where you say the tip in a longer video.
5. YOUR QUICK OFFER SOUND
Get more people on board with your offer by helping them quickly understand it. The goal here is a 10-ish second video to hack the algorithm by increasing the percentage of the video viewed.
Prompt
Talk straight to the camera and kick off with the hook: "This video is only for ______ (your ideal client/niche). You know how hard it is to ________ (do the thing your offer helps with)? Well ________ (your business name) fixes that for you. I put the details in the caption."
