Trending Sounds for TikTok and Instagram

We’ve searched for sounds that are about to start trending for you to use. This gives your videos a bump when everyone else starts using them too! Paired with our prompts, you’ll easily make all the video content you need this week.

NOTE: We’ve been asked by a few of you if the trending sounds go stale after a while. The truth is, you could use these for the next month and get benefit from them; even use them multiple times! But to help clarify things, we’re adding a little Legend for the sounds.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:

Prompt Option 1
Video yourself lip syncing the laugh and the line “This is what I get to do for a living. Isn’t it unbelievable?” while showing off your workspace, yourself working with a client, or some of your favorite recent work.

Prompt Option 2
Use this sound over some behind the scenes footage of you working — creating your product, working with a client, or anything you love about your work. Use some On Screen Text to describe the success your clients enjoy when they work with you.

Prompt Option 3

Prompt Option 1

Shoot video of your product or service in action as a “pleased to meet you” introduction. Either in your caption or in your On Screen Text, be sure to mention the problem you solve for your clients.

Prompt Option 2
Shoot some video clips of a typical day in your business and use this sound to give your people a view into that day. See this example. Be sure to mention the kind of clients you enjoy working with so your people will know you’re for them.

Prompt Option 1
Video yourself lip syncing this sound with Sn Screen Text of something a client often thinks they should do, but you know they shouldn't. Write why in the caption!

Prompt Option 2
Video yourself lip syncing this sound with On Screen Text of some unrealistic expectations a client may have and explain what people should expect in the caption. Click the example button above to see one.

Shoot video of yourself looking confidently into the camera. Use enough On Screen Text to fill most of the screen explaining a myth in your industry. Remember to add “Read More in Caption” if you want to keep explaining.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:

Prompt Option 1
Video yourself lip syncing this sound and use On Screen Text to share your to do list for the day. Or you could take a photo of your paper list or a screen shot of your digital list and include it in the video by adding a photo or using the Green Screen filter.

Prompt Option 2
Use this as a great sound to announce a promotion or sale (or promote ongoing sales)! Shoot video of you lip syncing the sound or video your product for a no-face video option. Add the promotion or sale info with On Screen Text.

Prompt Option 3
Share a client review using this sound OR pretend to be a client in a video where you lip sync this sound and use the On Screen Text — “POV: You’re my newest client and today we’re solving ______ (problem you solve for clients)!”


SMASH Sound

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:

Prompt Option 1
Shoot video of yourself “smashing” something and then walk away (extra points if you can shoot down a long hallway or room so you stay in frame as you walk). Use some On Screen Text to tell a short story about a time something didn’t work out the way you expected it in your business.

Prompt Option 2
Shoot the same video of yourself as above but just below your hand, add a small On Screen Text describing your clients’ problem you solve. Should look like you’re “smashing your clients’ problem” and then while you’re walking away in the video, add On Screen Text of the success they’d get if working with you. You can also use the caption to describe more.

Prompt Option 3
Video yourself at your desk working and then slam your fist down and look over-the-top frustrated as you keep working. Use some On Screen Text to describe a silly little annoyance in your day. For example, “When you send the email and forget to attach the file.”


Stop Believing Stupid People Sound

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:

Prompt Option 1
Lip sync this video and use On Screen Text to show some bad advice or a misconception you often hear in your industry. Debunk it in the caption.

Prompt Option 2
Video yourself lip syncing this sound and use On Screen Text to show an annoying thing you hear about your industry or job. Basically anything “stupid people” would say. See the example in the button above.

Go with a simple lip sync of this sound and use the caption to encourage your audience to trust themselves and embrace their confidence!

This just means that you’re using spoken audio from your own video. Use our prompts below to come up with ideas for bringing your own voice to your TikTok or Instagram account!

 

THE SUCCESS YOU OFFER SOUND

Your people don't want to spend the mental calories to process all the features and benefits of your offer. Instead, they want to quickly and clearly know how your offer makes their life better.

Prompt
Talking straight to camera, use this script:
Here's how _______ (your offer name) can make your life ______ (positive adjective)! Instead of you having to deal with ________ (negative consequences of not buying your offer), _________ (offer name) will help you __________ (big vision of success they'll get working with you). So DM me right now! (or other CTA you use)

THEN, you can list a couple of the features by saying, "How does it do that? (Explain features)...

Don’t let content you’ve already made go under-utilized! Grab video and audio from a podcast you’ve appeared on recently.

Prompt
Find a great 15-45 second clip from your podcast interview and make it a TikTok and Reel. Be sure to use a clip that is on-message for your business!

THE PROBLEM YOU SOLVE SOUND

Never let your audience forget you can solve a problem for them by never ceasing to talk about that problem!

Prompt
Talk straight to the camera and kick off with the hook: "Have you ever dealt with ___[problem you solve]___? Here are a couple tips to help you face it.
