Trending Sounds for TikTok and Instagram
We’ve searched for sounds that are about to start trending for you to use. This gives your videos a bump when everyone else starts using them too! Paired with our prompts, you’ll easily make all the video content you need this week.
NOTE: We’ve been asked by a few of you if the trending sounds go stale after a while. The truth is, you could use these for the next month and get benefit from them; even use them multiple times! But to help clarify things, we’re adding a little Legend for the sounds.
🔥 — Fire Emoji means it’s back again this week!
⏰ — Clock Emoji means this is fast-moving trend so use it TODAY!

Lip sync this sound with your morning coffee as your "morning pep talk" and name something specific you may not be looking forward to about the work day.
Prompt Option 2
Use a bit of “dress up” to play the role of your client after you’ve sent them your first draft of work for them. It might go a bit like, “POV: When you’re just so overjoyed that making Reels/TikToks is easier with our formula.” Then use some On Screen Text when the sound says, “responsibilities” and add the good your client will do with your service!
Prompt Option 3
Get a friend, teammate, pet, or kid involved (if you’re comfortable) by lip syncing the Sound to them as though they’re listening to you or giving you a pep talk.
One kiss sound

Using this Sound
Think of this as an "expectation vs reality"! Use CapCut Template from the TikTok example and start the video with the "expectation" and end it with the "reality.” For the Instagram users, just download your TikTok and post to Instagram for low stress.
Prompt Options
The “expectation vs reality” ideas can be anything. We recommend you brainstorm a few and make them all at once so you can post over the next 14 days or so:
What you went to college for vs. What you do now
What you thought the project would be vs. What the client is asking you to do now
“Me explaining to my clients my services” vs “Them having wasted years before they found me”
in ha mood Sound
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:

Use this trending sound to give a tutorial or tips within your niche/industry. Keep it super simple by videoing yourself working or doing the tip and then add On Screen Text to explain the steps of the tip.
Prompt Option 3
Remember that trending sounds like this can ALSO be added “under” your spoken audio. If you’re giving a tip or suggestion, just video yourself talking and then adjust the volume of the sound to make your voice easy to hear.
In Reality Sound
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Use this sound to get some movement and different backgrounds into your videos. Video yourself walking somewhere (either use multiple cuts and a tripod; or have a friend help you by following you). Use one (or all) of these prompts:

Maya Delilah Sound
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
This is a great sound to use to show behind the scenes, answer frequently asked questions, give 3 tips, etc. Try changing up your background by getting outside, video a coffee meeting with a friend, or writing your tips on paper or a white board!
Prompt Option 2
Use this sound and record a quick tutorial and then use a voiceover with the steps! See this example.
Prompt Option 3
Consider using this sound to get outside (change up your background) and share a bit about yourself or your business. You might find a sunny spot and take some video of you walking, siting, etc. Use On Screen Text to list out some of your mindset or business goals. Anything that would align with your ideal client.

Original Sound Ideas for TikTok and Instagram
It can be fun and very helpful to your account growth when you use Trending Sounds like we’ve listed above. BUT what keeps people around is the value you add by creating Original Sounds! This just means that you’re using spoken audio from your own video. Use our prompts below to come up with ideas for bringing your own voice to your TikTok or Instagram account!
COMMON QUESTION SOUND
Your people will enjoy hearing "common questions" because humans feel better when others have the same questions we have. Use this prompt to create great original audio.
Prompt
Create this one as a voice-over OR talking straight to camera.

REMIX AND RELATE SOUND
Grab a TikTok or Reel in your industry with screen record or Duet with the creator.
Prompt
If you're focused on a niche (and I hope you are), grab a TikTok or Reel in your industry and offer your feedback or relate to the issue. Then, be sure to audibly say and use On Screen Text to invite your followers to offer their feedback or stories in the comments!

Instead of you having to deal with ________ (negative consequences of not buying your offer), _________ (offer name) will help you __________ (big vision of success they'll get working with you). So DM me right now! (or other CTA you use)
THEN, you can list a couple of the features by saying, "How does it do that? (Explain features)...
YOUR PLAN SOUND
Your people will buy from you faster when you give them an easy plan to follow. Sure, there might be numerous steps to actually doing business with you but let's break it down to a simple three step process.
Prompt
Talking straight to camera, use this script:
Here's how easy we make it to _____ (success you help them achieve)! First, you ________ (what they do to start; schedule a call, fill out a form, etc). Second, we will ________ (thing you do to make the offer happen; this is a BIG step but keep it really simple). And then third, you get to enjoy ______ (the win your offer gives them, repeated). Yeah, we keep it that simple! So check off step one right now we'll get started.
