Trending Sounds for TikTok and Instagram
We’ve searched for sounds that are about to start trending for you to use. This gives your videos a bump when everyone else starts using them too! Paired with our prompts, you’ll easily make all the video content you need this week.
NOTE: We’ve been asked by a few of you if the trending sounds go stale after a while. The truth is, you could use these for the next month and get benefit from them; even use them multiple times! But to help clarify things, we’re adding a little Legend for the sounds.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
⏰ Clock emoji means this is a FAST-MOVING TREND. Use this one quickly! Note: This is a long audio but you only need to use as much of it as you want. Only got 15 seconds of video? No worries.
Prompt Option 1
Show off all of your wins from 2022 in a video or picture compilation. Start by lip syncing the line, “And with that, the 2022 season comes to an end. Good night.” Then use photos or videos (or both) to recap your year of wins.
Prompt Option 2
Similar to Prompt 1 but if you don't want to share wins, you can highlight behind the scenes photos or videos of your work.
Prompt Option 3
Video yourself lip syncing the line, “And with that, the 2022 season comes to an end. Good night.” Then use video of yourself shutting your laptop, turning off the light in your office, and/or closing the door. Caption it as you wrapping up your 2022 year in business.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Show video of your products or services. Use the sound to explain what your clients need that you offer and type it on screen instead of “I need a big boy”. Caption should explain how this makes your clients’ lives easier.
Prompt Option 2
Video yourself using a hugely important tool or ingredient you need in your business. Play up the video in a silly way and when the audio says “I need a big boy,” use on screen text to give the name of the important tool or ingredient.
Prompt Option 3
Highlight a big order of your products (or a big win if you deliver services rather than products). See the example at the button above to highlight a big order. Or use this example as inspiration if you offer a huge size of product.

Prompt Option 1
Show yourself sarcastically "going back" after a negative comment or situation happened. Add on screen text that says something like: "Going back to my 9-5 job after someone said my small business wouldn't make it." See an example of this.
Prompt Option 2
A “self-aware” take on this trend: Show yourself in the boat and use on screen text to say something like: “in this boat because that's what the algorithm wants…” See an example of this.
Prompt Option 3
Show yourself in the boat on your way to your friends’ places to “check they’re supporting your business.” See an example of this.
Nothing to worry about Sound
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Your Business is Fine — Use this sound to show yourself feeling fine about your business but then flash to being overwhelmed with shipping out orders or exaggeratedly flipping through papers at your desk. Remember this is just being silly so make your caption something funny like, “But it’s a good problem they say…”
Prompt Option 2
Client Problem You Solve — Video yourself lip syncing the sound but use On Screen Text to say: When clients say, "Oh I don't need _______ (thing you offer)." Then cut the video to some representation of the negative outcome you know will happen. See an example here.
Prompt Option 3
That Thing You Said You’d Stop Doing — Video yourself lip syncing the sound. When the organ music starts, roll your eyes and use On Screen Text to show what you said you’d stop doing. Examples are things like, “Me offering _____ again,” “Me crashing deadlines again,” “Me drinking another cup of coffee,” etc. See an example of this.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Video yourself showing off a new tool in your service business OR a new offer or product that you know clients are going to love. Be silly and sing to the item. Or use On Screen Text to explain why the tool or offer is going to make life better for your clients.
Prompt Option 2
Celebrate a win in your business or hitting a milestone on social media. This could be you “singing” to yourself about your growing popularity. Use On Screen Text to explain the win or celebrate the milestone.
Prompt Option 3
Video yourself lip syncing the sound and being excited or sweet to the camera. Use On Screen Text to explain that you’re hyping up your client because working with you is going to make them “popular.” Feel free to swap out “popular” in the text for whatever you’re offering your clients such as “confident” or “successful.”
heart and soul Sound
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Highlight some terrible advice you hear in your industry. You might drum your fingers with the music and use On Screen Text to explain the advice. Add your offer of success in the caption. See the example video.
Prompt Option 2
Video yourself drumming your fingers along to the song and offer three quick tips for your audience. Make the On Screen Text appear with the three high notes on the piano. Then either leave the tips there or clear off the text and use more text to explain.
Prompt Option 3
No Face Video Option — You can use video of you working, packing orders, or meeting with a client as good behind the scenes video for this sound. We suggest On Screen Text to remind people what success clients can expect while working with you.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Video yourself staring into the camera (or better yet, walking into the frame and looking at the camera). Use On Screen Text to say something like, “I’ve never been called a Sunday but I’ve been told ______ (some discouraging thing someone said about you once).” Use the caption to explain how you’ve never let it get to you.
Prompt Option 2
Same as Prompt 1 but good! Video yourself staring into the camera (or better yet, walking into the frame and looking at the camera) and SMILE. Use On Screen Text to say something like, “I’ve never been called a Sunday but I’ve been told ______ (some great compliment a client gave you).” Something like, “I’m worth every penny.” or “I’m the best they’ve ever worked with.”
Prompt Option 3
No-Face Video Option — Use video of you doing your work (hands only) or of you resting. Think you on a hike or at a spa or reading a book. Use text on the screen OR in the caption to explain that you’re taking time to recharge to serve your clients well.
Original Audio Ideas for TikTok and Instagram
It can be fun and very helpful to your account growth when you use Trending Sounds like we’ve listed above. BUT what keeps people around is the value you add by creating Original Sounds! This just means that you’re using spoken audio from your own video. Use our prompts below to come up with ideas for bringing your own voice to your TikTok or Instagram account!
VOICEOVER NICHE SOUND
Change up your presentation of helpful info by doing a voiceover about a topic your niche would care about.
Prompt
Use any video footage you have such as video of yourself working or speaking to a group. Or take video footage of yourself on a walk, your commute, or anything. Then share your voiceover explaining the topic or offering insight to your niche.
PODCAST AUDIO SOUND
Don’t let content you’ve already made go under-utilized! Grab video and audio from a podcast you’ve appeared on recently.
Prompt
Find a great 15-45 second clip from your podcast interview and make it a TikTok and Reel. Be sure to use a clip that is on-message for your business!
THE SUCCESS YOU OFFER SOUND
Your people don't want to spend the mental calories to process all the features and benefits of your offer. Instead, they want to quickly and clearly know how your offer makes their life better.
Prompt
Talking straight to camera, use this script:
Here's how _______ (your offer name) can make your life ______ (positive adjective)! Instead of you having to deal with ________ (negative consequences of not buying your offer), _________ (offer name) will help you __________ (big vision of success they'll get working with you). So DM me right now! (or other CTA you use)
THEN, you can list a couple of the features by saying, "How does it do that? (Explain features)...
