Trending Sounds for TikTok and Instagram
We’ve searched for sounds that are about to start trending for you to use. This gives your videos a bump when everyone else starts using them too! Paired with our prompts, you’ll easily make all the video content you need this week.
NOTE: We’ve been asked by a few of you if the trending sounds go stale after a while. The truth is, you could use these for the next month and get benefit from them; even use them multiple times! But to help clarify things, we’re adding a little Legend for the sounds.
🔥 — Fire Emoji means it’s back again this week!

Prompt Option 1
Lip sync this Sound first as your client — put on a pair of glasses or some hat that makes you look different than you usually are. Then during the “I get it” part, cut to you at your desk or in your space with some sunglasses on or just looking confident and nodding your head. Use some On Screen Text to explain.
Prompt Option 2
Use this Sound to poke fun at the time you realized you needed to raise your prices. Shoot some video of you working frantically or looking disheveled then look to the sky for some divine message. Use On Screen Text such as, “POV: You’re overloaded with work and realize you need to raise your prices…”
Prompt Option 3
Lip sync this Sound as though you’ve had a sudden idea or breakthrough on some of your work. Keep it simple by videoing in your space or office. Or change it up by going outside and during the music swell, turn to put the sun behind you and let it create a halo effect for you.

Same as above — go all out with a costume or keep it simple — but create a video of your client lying to themselves about being able to do it alone before they hired you. Use some On Screen Text to identify your client and the problem you solve for them.
Prompt Option 3
Every industry has its own set of missed expectations that you lie to yourself to avoid facing. Give your best tip using some On Screen Text to describe what people in your industry expect but often are let down by.

Prompt Option 3
Lip sync this sound as though you’re on a Zoom or FaceTime call and use this On Screen Text: Me when I’m hyping up my clients to leave their comparison habit behind and believe in themselves.
Original Sound Ideas for TikTok and Instagram
It can be fun and very helpful to your account growth when you use Trending Sounds like we’ve listed above. BUT what keeps people around is the value you add by creating Original Sounds! This just means that you’re using spoken audio from your own video. Use our prompts below to come up with ideas for bringing your own voice to your TikTok or Instagram account!
1. I'LL SAY IT AGAIN SOUND
Repetition is vital to clear marketing. People need to be exposed to a piece of information about 8 times before they internalize it and can act on it. Use this prompt to repeat an important fact, tip, or need your clients need to know.
Prompt
Either use this script or change it up to your own words:
You know, I've said it 1,000 times but I'll say it again... _______ (your offer or tip) is so important for your _______ (business/health/life/etc) because it will help you avoid _______ (some risk or pain) and instead let you ________ (success they'll experience). Share this with the person you think needs to hear it again today.
Consider adding a CTA in the caption IF you've not used one lately.
2. COMMON QUESTION SOUND
Your people will enjoy hearing "common questions" because humans feel better when others have the same questions we have. Use this prompt to create great original audio.
Prompt
Create this one as a voice-over OR talking straight to camera.
You might have asked yourself, ____________ (insert the common question). Well, you're not alone. Lots of people wonder this so let me answer it for you.
Continue on with your answer remembering to keep the one person watching in mind (use you-focused language).
3. YOUR BRAND AS GUIDE SOUND
You'll land more clients when you present your brand as the Guide who helps them get what they want. And every good guide offers empathy and authority.
Prompt
Talking straight to camera, use this script:
Listen, we know what it's like to struggle with ______ (problem you solve for them). We've been right where you are. And that's why we created ________ (your offer name or quick description); to help you easily ________ (success you help them achieve)!
(Sometimes leave it right there for a super short video. Then, other times, add on a personal story explaining how you faced the same problem:)
See, I'm just like you. I've struggled with...
(Wrap up with how you succeeded and offer to share what you learned with them.)
4. THE SUCCESS YOU OFFER SOUND
Your people don't want to spend the mental calories to process all the features and benefits of your offer. Instead, they want to quickly and clearly know how your offer makes their life better.
Prompt
Talking straight to camera, use this script:
Here's how _______ (your offer name) can make your life ______ (positive adjective)! Instead of you having to deal with ________ (negative consequences of not buying your offer), _________ (offer name) will help you __________ (big vision of success they'll get working with you). So DM me right now! (or other CTA you use)
THEN, you can list a couple of the features by saying, "How does it do that? (Explain features)...
5. VOICEOVER NICHE SOUND
Change up your presentation of helpful info by doing a voiceover about a topic your niche would care about.
Prompt
Use any video footage you have such as video of yourself working or speaking to a group. Or take video footage of yourself on a walk, your commute, or anything. Then share your voiceover explaining the topic or offering insight to your niche.
