We’ve searched for sounds that are about to start trending for you to use. This gives your videos a bump when everyone else starts using them too! Paired with our prompts, you’ll easily make all the video content you need this week.
NOTE: We’ve been asked by a few of you if the trending sounds go stale after a while. The truth is, you could use these for the next month and get benefit from them; even use them multiple times! But to help clarify things, we’re adding a little Legend for the sounds.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Use On Screen Text to show a comment (or multiple) that you get often but don’t agree with. Then use your fingers to play a “small violin” when the violin starts. See the example above.
Prompt Option 2
If you don’t get comments you disagree with, or you don’t want to call our specific people, make this about a tool that fails you constantly or when equipment fails. Your On Screen Text will explain how the tool/equipment fails you and you play the worlds smallest violin for yourself.
Prompt Option 3
Another route with this video is to bust an industry myth. On Screen Text such as: “When I hear people say ______ (myth in your industry)…” Start out close to the camera as though you’re reading your own On Screen Text. Then take a step or two back and use your fingers to play the small violin when the violin starts.

Prompt Option 1
Video yourself lip syncing the words to this comedy song about microwave popcorn. The idea is that your listener isn’t following along so you get frustrated. (See the example video) One option is to highlight something you explain to clients often but they don’t seem to get it. Use On Screen Text to explain what you’re really talking about.
Prompt Option 2
Video yourself lip syncing the words to this comedy song. Another option is to be silly and put yourself in the confused seat. Perhaps a client is trying to explain to you their problem and it’s so random or crazy you can’t follow it. Use On Screen Text to tell the story of what they said to you.
Prompt Option 3
Video yourself lip syncing the words to this comedy song. Another idea is to go introspective — your internal dialog of being confused and trying to explain something to yourself. Use On Screen Text to start off with something like: “Me trying to remind myself for the third day in a row I have to eat lunch.”

Prompt Option 1
Use this audio to make fun of your posture after sitting at your computer all day. Video yourself “struggling” to get out of your chair. On Screen Text like: Me after my terrible posture all day _______ (role or job you do)…”
Prompt Option 2
Video yourself twisting or stretching like you’re getting ready for exercise. See example. Use On Screen Text such as: Me getting ready to fight anybody who still thinks/says _______ (industry myth or bad advice you hear).

Video yourself twisting or stretching like you’ve done a lot of hard work. See this example and the use On Screen Text to congratulate yourself for doing a big, hard thing recently. Celebrate a goal achieved or a client win you helped make happen.

Prompt Option 1
Use this sound to crack a joke about how you learned to DIY something in your industry. Lip sync the audio (as in the example video) and just be silly about it. Use On Screen Text to explain what you learned by searching.
Prompt Option 2
No-Face Video Option — Let this audio play over a video of you working with your hands or even just your feet as you walk through the office or outside. Use Captions or On Screen Text to display the words of the video AND what you learned to DIY in your work.

Video yourself either lip syncing OR just yourself working. Use On Screen Text to explain to your audience an easy tip or task they can learn to DIY too. Say something like, “I taught myself how to do it and you can too…”

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Highlight how your clients feel before they hire you to solve their problem. Video yourself looking confused and shaking your head. See example video. On Screen Text: My clients trying to handle ______ (your offer) before hiring me.
Prompt Option 2
Highlight how you feel when the clients gets going. Video yourself furiously writing (or typing as a no-face-option) and looking confused or worried. On Screen Text: Me when my client really gets going and I’m trying to keep up without interrupting.
Prompt Option 3
Make it a silly or relatable video by showing yourself sitting down to your computer with a cup of coffee and suddenly looking shocked. Lip sync the line “too many different words from too many different sentences” and use On Screen Text like: Monday morning checking emails always shocks me back into the week.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
No-Face Video Option — Use this sound over some behind the scenes video of you working, creating your product, or delivering your service. No need to dance or even appear on camera unless you want to. Just be sure to include some On Screen Text explaining your niche or offer and put the same in the caption.
Prompt Option 2
Video yourself outside — either smiling at the camera as you walk or of your feet walking and then pan up to show the scenery. Type out some On Screen Text of the success you offer your clients when they work with you. Let the text fill up the screen as in this example.
Prompt Option 3
Try your hand at advanced transitions with this video. For example, video yourself in pajamas, then flash into work clothes, and then either into evening wear or back into pajamas. Use On Screen Text to explain each outfit and what you’re doing in it.
Super Silly Idea: Use these transitions but stay in your pajamas and only change locations or rooms. Joke that you’ll only be working in pajamas for the next two weeks.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Dancing Option — Video yourself dancing to this audio and lip sync the phrase “me and mr. wrong get along so good.” On Screen Text: Me and ________ (ideal client description) get along so good
Prompt Option 2
Celebrate someone on your team by starting recording and then running up to them and surprising them. Or just get some footage of you laughing together as in this example. On Screen Text: Me and ______ (team members name or nickname) get along so good.

No-Face Video Option — Use video of two things that might not seem like they go together in your business and use this audio. On Screen Text should explain why the two actually go well together. Think of this as a tip or wisdom you often give clients.

It can be fun and very helpful to your account growth when you use Trending Sounds like we’ve listed above. BUT what keeps people around is the value you add by creating Original Sounds! This just means that you’re using spoken audio from your own video. Use our prompts below to come up with ideas for bringing your own voice to your TikTok or Instagram account!
THE SUCCESS YOU OFFER SOUND
Your people don't want to spend the mental calories to process all the features and benefits of your offer. Instead, they want to quickly and clearly know how your offer makes their life better.
Prompt
Talking straight to camera, use this script: Here's how _______ (your offer name) can make your life ______ (positive adjective)! Instead of you having to deal with ________ (negative consequences of not buying your offer), _________ (offer name) will help you __________ (big vision of success they'll get working with you). So DM me right now! (or other CTA you use)
THEN, you can list a couple of the features by saying, "How does it do that? (Explain features)...
VOICEOVER NICHE SOUND
Change up your presentation of helpful info by doing a voiceover about a topic your niche would care about.

Use any video footage you have such as video of yourself working or speaking to a group. Or take video footage of yourself on a walk, your commute, or anything. Then share your voiceover explaining the topic or offering insight to your niche.
YOUR PLAN SOUND
Your people will buy from you faster when you give them an easy plan to follow. Sure, there might be numerous steps to actually doing business with you but let's break it down to a simple three step process.
Prompt
Talking straight to camera, use this script: Here's how easy we make it to _____ (success you help them achieve)! It's as easy as 1-2-3. First, you ________ (what they do to start; schedule a call, fill out a form, etc). Second, we will ________ (thing you do make the offer happen; this is a BIG step but keep it really simple). And then third, you get to enjoy ______ (the win your offer gives them, repeated). Yeah, we keep it that simple! So check off step one right now we'll get started.
THE PROBLEM YOU SOLVE SOUND
Never let your audience forget you can solve a problem for them by never ceasing to talk about that problem!

Talk straight to the camera and kick off with the hook: "Have you ever dealt with ___[problem you solve]___? Here are a couple tips to help you face it.
YOUR QUICK OFFER SOUND
Get more people on board with your offer by helping them quickly understand it. The goal here is a 10-ish second video to hack the algorithm by increasing the percentage of the video viewed.

Talk straight to the camera and kick off with the hook: "This video is only for ______ (your ideal client/niche). You know how hard it is to ________ (do the thing your offer helps with)? Well ________ (your business name) fixes that for you. I put the details in the caption."
YOUR AIRDROP ADVICE SOUND
Show up with value but do it QUICK in this short video meant to increase your percentage of watch time.
Prompt
Talk straight to the camera and kick off with the hook: "If I could airdrop you just one piece of advice it would be..." Then point to the caption and add text on screen: My tip in the caption.
Extra Tip: Use this again and again by alternating between videos where the tip is in the caption and videos where you say the tip in a longer video.
