We’ve searched for sounds that are about to start trending for you to use. This gives your videos a bump when everyone else starts using them too! Paired with our prompts, you’ll easily make all the video content you need this week.
NOTE: We’ve been asked by a few of you if the trending sounds go stale after a while. The truth is, you could use these for the next month and get benefit from them; even use them multiple times! But to help clarify things, we’re adding a little Legend for the sounds.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
⏰ Clock emoji means this is another FAST-MOVING TREND. This one is an out-of-nowhere resurgence of a song from the Disney movie “The Book of Life.”
Prompt Option 1
Industry Misconceptions — When the sound says "Where Should I Put My Shoes " put a text overlay on the screen of what you do (ex. "I say I am a Wellness Coach). When the sound says "You Say Put Them On Your Head" put a text overlay on the screen of a common misconception in your industry that drives you Un Poco Loco! (a little crazy).
Prompt Option 2
Client Misunderstandings — When the sound says "Where Should I Put My Shoes" put a text overlay on the screen of something you commonly tell your clients/customers to do. When the sound says "You Say Put Them On Your Head" put a text overlay on the screen of something they might say or do instead that drives your crazy.
Prompt Option 3
Tool Frustrations — When the sound says "Where Should I Put My Shoes" put a text overlay on the screen of a tool you often use (ex. I create a new password like it asks). When the sound says "You Say Put Them On Your Head" put a text overlay on the screen of how the tool frustrates you in the end (ex. It tells me the password is weak…).

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Highlight something that makes you feel "so mean" when in reality it is not really a big deal, such as reminding clients to pay invoices. Video yourself looking worried and use On Screen Text to say something like, “Me when I need to send an invoice reminder”
Prompt Option 2
Highlight something that makes you feel "so mean" when in reality it is not really a big deal, such as sending emails with firm requests. Video yourself looking worried and use On Screen Text to say something like, “Me when I’m sending emails asking for information”
Prompt Option 3
Flip the script and use a POV to highlight how clients might feel when giving feedback or asking for changes. Video yourself looking worried at first and use On Screen Text such as “POV: You’re my client and worried about giving me real feedback.” Change your face to a confident smile and shake your head “no” while the On Screen Text changes to something like “Nope. Good collaboration isn’t mean. It’s powerful.”

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Highlight something in your normal day that makes you happy! (Examples: your morning coffee, crossing off an item on your to do list, or your office plant)
Prompt Option 2
Feature a review from a happy client/customer. Use the “Green Screen Effect” inside TikTok to show a screenshot of your great review. Just point to the review and let the audio play!
Prompt Option 3
No-Face-On-Camera Option — Video that great review from your client on your laptop screen or other device. Bounce the camera very slightly to the “happy happy” sound. On Screen Text saying something like “So thankful to help clients win!”
Don’t do it Sound
Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Highlight something that often ends up distracting you. Examples like “another cup of coffee,” “play next episode on Netflix,” or “opening TikTok again.” Video yourself trying to resist any of these vices, finally giving in, and match your “relief” with the end of the sound. See the example video above!
Prompt Option 2
No-Face-On-Camera Option — Any of the above would make good “no face” options. Imagine just a video of a coffee mug and your hand shaking/struggling but finally picking it up and then cheers-ing as the relief at the end.
Prompt Option 3
Highlight something that you often tell your clients not to do but they end up doing. These examples could be “adding too much to their website,” “skipping their exercise for the day,” or “giving up on themselves (use this as an encouraging angle to this potentially negative vibe). Video yourself “on the phone” with a client and use On Screen Text to explain what you’re telling them not to do.

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Highlight something you tell your clients/customers they need to do that they may find hard (even if its not!) Video yourself lip syncing the audio. If you’ve got a friend or teammate, have them do the first line and then you show up with the line, “It’s a harsh world.” Explain in the caption why they need to do that or how to easily achieve it.
Prompt Option 2
Highlight a client’s reaction to the extensive work you suggest for a project. This video is a great example. And pro tip… use a cute kid to say the last line to make it more friendly.
Prompt Option 3
Make it introspective by videoing yourself “reviewing your past work.” Add On Screen Text such as “Past me when I review my old work.” Then, video yourself putting on a pair of sunglasses and lip syncing, “It’s a harsh world.” with the On Screen Text: “Me now knowing what it takes to succeed.”

Use these prompts for what to say & do in your video:
Prompt Option 1
Use a “behind the scenes” video of your work and use On Screen Text to highlight a reason you love your job. Like in this example
Prompt Option 2
Celebrate a successful delivery or project. Video yourself with the project and lip sync the audio. Use On Screen Text or the Caption to give details or just thank clients! Like in this example
Prompt Option 3
Take a sarcastic route and highlight one of the parts of your job or a project you like the least. This could be explained with On Screen Text or in the Caption.
Original Audio Ideas for TikTok and Instagram
It can be fun and very helpful to your account growth when you use Trending Sounds like we’ve listed above. BUT what keeps people around is the value you add by creating Original Sounds! This just means that you’re using spoken audio from your own video. Use our prompts below to come up with ideas for bringing your own voice to your TikTok or Instagram account!
THE SUCCESS YOU OFFER SOUND
Your people don't want to spend the mental calories to process all the features and benefits of your offer. Instead, they want to quickly and clearly know how your offer makes their life better.
Prompt
Talking straight to camera, use this script: Here's how _______ (your offer name) can make your life ______ (positive adjective)! Instead of you having to deal with ________ (negative consequences of not buying your offer), _________ (offer name) will help you __________ (big vision of success they'll get working with you). So DM me right now! (or other CTA you use)
THEN, you can list a couple of the features by saying, "How does it do that? (Explain features)...
VOICEOVER NICHE SOUND
Change up your presentation of helpful info by doing a voiceover about a topic your niche would care about.
Prompt
Use any video footage you have such as video of yourself working or speaking to a group. Or take video footage of yourself on a walk, your commute, or anything. Then share your voiceover explaining the topic or offering insight to your niche.
YOUR PLAN SOUND
Your people will buy from you faster when you give them an easy plan to follow. Sure, there might be numerous steps to actually doing business with you but let's break it down to a simple three step process.

Talking straight to camera, use this script: Here's how easy we make it to _____ (success you help them achieve)! It's as easy as 1-2-3. First, you ________ (what they do to start; schedule a call, fill out a form, etc). Second, we will ________ (thing you do make the offer happen; this is a BIG step but keep it really simple). And then third, you get to enjoy ______ (the win your offer gives them, repeated). Yeah, we keep it that simple! So check off step one right now we'll get started.
